Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Torrevieja Spain, managed by Frans van de Lavoir. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Full payment must be made prior to arrival, as indicated in your booking confirmation. Prices include accommodation, utilities, and final cleaning (unless stated otherwise).

2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are refundable (minus any transaction fees). Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit will be required. The deposit will be returned within 5 working days after check-out, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items are found.

4. Check-in & Check-out Check-in from 16:00; check-out before 10:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Responsibilities The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the behavior of all occupants. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. The property must be used solely for residential purposes. Parties, events, or commercial use are not permitted. Guests must comply with all local laws and community rules.

6. Damage & Loss Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability Torrevieja Spain and its representatives are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions in utilities (electricity, water, internet) beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure Torrevieja Spain is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).

9. Data Protection Personal data collected during the booking and check-in process is used solely for administrative and legal registration purposes, in compliance with Spanish law and GDPR.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alicante, Spain. Agreement By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
