House Rules We want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to read our house rules before your arrival.

1. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: before 10:00 Early check-in or late check-out only upon request and subject to availability.

2. No Parties or Events This is a peaceful holiday home. Loud music and parties are not allowed to respect our neighbours and community.

3. Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the property. You may smoke on the terrace or balcony — please use an ashtray and keep doors closed.

4. Pets Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

5. Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please do not invite unregistered visitors without prior approval.

6. Respect & Cleanliness Please treat the apartment and furnishings with care. Any damages or missing items may be charged after check-out.

7. Safety & Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances to save energy.

8. Waste & Recycling Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins. Recycling points are available nearby.

9. Towels & Linen Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Please do not take them to the beach or pool.

10. Emergencies In case of emergency, call 112. For non-urgent issues, please contact us directly.
