House Rules

1. Check-in from 4:00 PM.

2. Check-out before 10:00 AM.

3. A €250 cash security deposit is required upon arrival. It will be fully refunded at check-out if the apartment is left in good condition.

4. 20 kWh of electricity per day is included. This is more than sufficient for normal use. Additional consumption will be charged separately.

5. Please do not leave the air conditioning running while doors or windows are open.

6. Parties and loud music are not allowed.

7. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

8. Pets are not allowed.

9. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

10. Please treat the apartment and its contents with care.

11. When leaving the apartment, close all doors and windows and switch off the air conditioning and lights.
