Cancellation policy

Standard Bookings

Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under a non-refundable rate plan cannot be cancelled or modified.
The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
Any modification request must be made in writing and confirmed by our team.

Early Departure

No refund will be issued for early departures after check-in.

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen events beyond the guest’s control (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or emergencies), we may offer a credit or rescheduling option at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method as the original booking.
